Due to the hot weather, the Balochistan administration has decided to implement summer vacations in all educational institutions in the province’s winter zone districts.
The Secretary Balochistan Education Department has officially announced that all public and private schools in the districts located in the winter zone will be closed from Wednesday, July 13, to Friday, July 22, 2018.
The Director of Education Schools and the MD Education Foundation have also been given orders by the Education Department to guarantee strict adherence to the most recent instructions.
It is important to note that the province will have Eid-ul-Azha vacations from Friday, July 8, to Tuesday, July 12. Students in the province’s public and private schools will have an additional 10 days off due to the brief summer break after taking 5 days off for Eid. Students will have 15 days off in all.
Due to the unusually hot weather in the province, the Balochistan Education Ministry declared early summer holidays at schools and institutions in the province’s summer regions earlier this year in May.
Since May 15, both public and private educational institutions have been closed. They’re reopening on July 31. On August 1st, academic activity in summer districts’ schools and institutions will resume back up.
